Our respirators meet all legally applicable EU standards and have all the necessary certifications, as well as the required regulation of the Notified Body Number prescribed by the European Safety Federation (ESF) that is needed for all personal protective equipment (PPE).
Our breathing masks are manufactured in the most modern production facilities and under the highest hygiene standards of leading Asian industrial companies that specialize in medical technology. These products are produced for the European market and shipped from the locations in Jinan (China), Shenzen (China).
Our respirators are being shipped in solid industrial packagings, i.d.R.
1) KN95/ FPP2 Maske: 50 pcs per box, 9 boxes per case, 32 cases on a Euro pallet
2) surgical mask level2 3-layer: 50 pcs per box, 40 boxes per case, 32 cases on a Euro pallet.
Important: All labels are in English only, as is the instructions for use. All of our products are single-use items and cannot be used for multiple uses.

Because we only produce on request and have no stock, we have to pay 100% of the production and freight costs in advance. For this reason, we cannot work without prepayment and the associated installment payments. Due to the constantly changing freight costs and currency fluctuations, we reserve the right to adjust our sales prices.
The delivery date specified by us depends on the receipt of payment from the customer on our business bank account. In general: Arrival of the goods in our main warehouse in Hamburg, take up to 12 days from receipt of payment.

The goods are usually delivered on Euro pallets.
For large orders from state EU institutions, official aid deliveries and large industry to secure the merchandise management chain, there are additional shipping options for orders between 2,000,000 and 10,000,000 pieces.
